3. Orders, Payments & Pricing

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.

• Once submitted, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or adjusted.

4. Delivery & Shipping

4.1 Same-Day Delivery (Regina Only):

• Available Monday through Friday for orders placed before 12:00 PM CST.

• Deliveries are made between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM CST.

• Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for the next business day.

4.2 Delivery Areas:

• Currently limited to Regina, Saskatoon, and Moose Jaw.

• Free shipping applies to all orders within these service areas.

• Delivery times are estimates only. SaskDesi Candy does not guarantee exact delivery windows.

4.3 Free Delivery:

• Free delivery is included with every product.

• Standard free deliveries may take up to 15 business days, depending on demand and logistics.

4.4 Premium Delivery:

• Premium delivery is a paid service and functions as same-day delivery.

• Premium delivery may include priority handling and shorter turnaround times.

5. No Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our goods:

• All sales are final.

• Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted.

• If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at order@saskdesicandy.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

We reserve the right to evaluate complaints on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or replacement.

6. Product Availability

• Products are subject to availability and may be substituted or discontinued without notice.

• In the event that an item is unavailable after purchase, SaskDesi Candy may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
